He has said he looks forward to doing a paper round. That started the search for other jobs that are available. It turns out that there are not that many. Legal ones anyway. As a result of that I made these sites so others can save the hours searching through rubbish thrown up by a search engine. I also correct information given out wrongly by well meaning people. For example, in the UK, you can NOT work in a fast food place IN THE COMMERCIAL KITCHENS (due to the danger). Suggestions that McDonalds will hire 14 year olds must mean USA ONLY, if true. |
I have UK and USA specific pages, and will cover Australia, New Zealand and Canada one day, assuming I do not try to commit suicide again.
The sons "aforementioned" are now elsewhere with my (ex) wife. Turns out I have Asperger Syndrome and recent events have caused me to be unable to work,
or even function in what society considers acceptable behaviour.
The death of my father, and the incompetence of the NHS system in dealing with his cancer and pain, plus the bank I work for saying "now you're redundant now you're not, now you're redundant, now you're not", TWICE in my "career" with them in the last 3 years, so making me worry about losing my house, plus the (ex) wife announcing she was leaving with my sons soon, was (and still is) too much to handle. Talk about change in my routine! Change and strangers (which implies change and misunderstood social interaction) are the anathema of life for an Asperger. |
